Reports for payments, channels and guests

Reports are only useful when you arrive with a question. Here are the questions hosts actually ask, and the report that answers each one.

Who owes me money

The Upcoming Payments report lists the scheduled deposits and balances that are due, booking by booking. Open it before an arrival-heavy week and you know exactly which guests still have a payment outstanding, long before anyone is standing at your door.

How is the money actually coming in

The Payments report shows which payment methods your guests use and where collection stands. If half your revenue arrives by bank transfer and transfers keep landing late, that is a pattern worth seeing on one screen instead of suspecting from your inbox.

Is Booking.com still worth it

Channel Performance shows bookings and revenue per channel. Put the revenue a channel brings next to the commission it charges you and the answer usually writes itself. Sometimes a channel earns its keep in low season and merely takes a cut of bookings you would have got anyway in high season. This report gives you the numbers to have that argument properly.

Who are my guests, really

Guest Insights shows where your guests come from and who has stayed before. A growing repeat-guest number is one of the healthiest signs a small property can have, and knowing your top guest countries tells you which languages and channels deserve your effort.

What happened to that booking

Booking Activity records booking lifecycle events, so when you are trying to reconstruct how a booking came in, changed or got cancelled, the trail is there. It is the report you need rarely and urgently.

Do not schedule yourself a weekly tour of all five. Wait until a real question shows up, then open the one report built for it. Ten minutes with the right report beats an hour with all of them.
