Every thread gets an owner

Conversations can be assigned to team members. This is the difference between "someone will reply" and "Maria will reply". A thread with a name on it gets answered. A thread that belongs to everyone belongs to no one, and the guest hears nothing while two people each assume the other has it covered.

Context arrives attached

Each thread links to the guest's contact record and their bookings. When a guest writes "can we arrive earlier", you can see who they are, when they are coming and what they have paid, without hunting through three other screens. Your reply takes one minute instead of ten, and it reads like it came from someone who knows them. Because now you do.
