Meet the AI assistant

There is a chat inside your Stayblox admin that already knows your property. Ask it something and it answers with your actual units in mind rather than offering generic hospitality advice.

What it does well

Writing is the obvious use. Ask for a property description and you get a first draft in seconds. Ask for title suggestions and you get options to react to, which beats staring at an empty field.

Photos are the less obvious use. The assistant can analyse your photo set and point out a strong hero image, spot duplicates hiding among your uploads, and suggest amenities based on what it sees. If a photo shows a coffee machine you forgot to list, it will mention it.

It also keeps your chat history, so a thread you started on Monday is still waiting on Friday.

What it is not

It is a writing and listing assistant, not a decision maker. Nothing it produces goes live without you. Treat its output like the work of a keen new assistant: quick and useful, but needing your eye before it gets anywhere near a guest.

The best results come from using it for first drafts. Let it do the blank-page work, then cut whatever does not sound like you and correct anything it got wrong about your place. Nobody knows your property better than you do, and guests can tell.

How the credits work

The assistant runs on monthly credits. Every plan includes an allowance, larger plans include more, and you can buy extra credits whenever you run short.

A routine worth copying

When you list a new unit, upload the photos first. Ask the assistant which shot should lead, let it flag duplicates and missed amenities, then request a description draft and a few title options. Twenty minutes of editing later you have a listing that would otherwise have eaten an afternoon.
