Manage your plan and billing

Your Stayblox bill has two parts. The plan you picked and the apps you installed. Nothing is charged per booking, so a fully booked August costs you exactly the same as an empty November.

The plan

Plans start at €5 a month and every plan takes 0% commission on your bookings. You can upgrade when the business grows, downgrade when that makes more sense, or cancel whenever you like. There is no lock-in.

The 14-day free trial asks for no card. You try everything first, then pick a plan inside the dashboard at admin.stayblox.com when you are ready. Nothing gets charged behind your back at the end of the trial, because there is no card on file to charge.

The apps

Apps from the App Store bill separately, per app. Each app shows its price on its own page before you install it, so you always know what you are agreeing to. Some are free, including the first-party Stripe payments app. Others are paid, with the channel manager being the main example. Your total is always the plan plus the apps you have chosen to keep.

Why flat pricing matters

Commission pricing punishes your best months. The more you earn, the more the software takes. A flat plan turns that on its head. You can budget for the whole year in advance, and every extra booking is entirely yours. The software costs the same whether you host two guests or two hundred.

Changing your mind

Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time, so match your plan to the season your business is actually in rather than the one you hope for. Start small, move up when the bookings justify it, and move back down if a winter turns quiet. A starting point of €5 a month makes experimenting cheap.
