The moment two people manage one property from one shared login, things get lost. Who moved that booking? Who read that guest message? Staff accounts fix this: everyone gets their own login and the calendar stays the single source of truth.
Who to invite
Anyone who regularly needs to know what is happening:
- Cleaners and housekeeping, so they see check-outs and check-ins without you forwarding anything.
- Co-hosts and partners, so bookings taken by either of you land in the same calendar.
- Front desk or office staff, so phone bookings go straight into the system instead of onto paper.
How it works
Invite team members from your dashboard and each person signs in with their own account. Your plan includes a set number of staff accounts, and the plan comparison on the pricing page shows how many.
On the Pro plan you can also define custom roles, deciding exactly what each person can see and do. The cleaner sees the calendar but not the revenue. The bookkeeper sees payments but does not edit bookings.
One rule that makes it work
Once the team is in, agree on a single habit: if it is not in Stayblox, it did not happen. Phone bookings go in immediately, blocked dates get blocked immediately, guest notes get written down in the guest profile. The calendar is only as trustworthy as the least disciplined person editing it, and shared visibility is the point of inviting the team at all.
