Turnover (or turnaround) is everything that happens between one guest checking out and the next checking in: cleaning, laundry, restocking and a final check.

Turnover is where back-to-back bookings get tight, especially with same-day check-ins. Scheduling it as a task tied to the booking — and assigning it to the right person — keeps the calendar honest and stops a missed clean from becoming a bad review.
