RevPAR
RevPAR, short for revenue per available room, blends pricing and occupancy into a single figure. It's room revenue divided by the number of available nights — or equivalently, your average daily rate multiplied by your occupancy rate.
Because it accounts for empty nights as well as the price of booked ones, RevPAR is a truer measure of performance than either ADR or occupancy alone. If RevPAR is rising, you're earning more from the same inventory, however you got there.
