Upsell

An upsell is any optional extra a guest can add to their stay for a fee: early check-in, late checkout, an airport transfer, a mid-stay clean, or a welcome basket.

Upsells lift the value of a booking you already have, with no extra marketing cost. They also improve the stay, which tends to show up in better reviews. Knowing a guest's history makes the offer feel personal rather than pushy.
