The whole business, one screen at a time
The dashboard opens on what today actually needs from you: who is arriving, who is leaving, what the month looks like in occupancy and revenue, and which tasks are due or overdue. The calendar shows every property and every unit in one view, the same multi-property calendar you know from the desktop, resized for a thumb.
Bookings work end to end. You can take a phone reservation on the spot with a live price quote, accept or decline booking requests, record a payment, and block dates for maintenance while standing in the room that needs it.
The inbox comes along
The unified inbox is in the app, with the full conversation history and the guest's booking beside it. Push notifications tell you the moment a new request or message arrives, which matters, because answer speed is the single cheapest way to win a direct booking. Reply from the sofa, assign the rest to tomorrow.
Built for the people who do the work
Your team gets the same app. Cleaners and co-hosts log in with their own accounts and see their task list: what is due, where, by when, with the checklist attached. When a checkout lands on the calendar, the cleaning is already on someone's phone. Nobody is forwarding screenshots of a spreadsheet.
It works where the signal does not
Properties are not built around mobile coverage. The app keeps your latest numbers readable offline and syncs when you are back in range, so a dead spot in the stairwell does not mean a blind spot in the business.
What it costs and how to get it
The app is a free download on every Stayblox plan, in English and Bulgarian, for iOS and Android. There is nothing to buy inside it and nothing extra on your bill, and as always there are no per-booking fees anywhere in Stayblox.
